Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the procurement of high-quality goods and services at the most competitive prices. The role involves collaboration with various departments to understand their needs, conducting market research, performing end-to-end RFx, and reviewing & negotiating contracts with suppliers.

• Create comprehensive strategic sourcing strategies to meet the company's procurement needs
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and trends
• Analyze and forecast market conditions and industry trends to inform sourcing decisions
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements
• Draft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Resolve contractual disputes and issues in a timely manner
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to indirect sourcing and procurement
• Conduct cost analysis and market benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing
• Work closely within matrixed departments and cross-functionally to understand their sourcing needs and requirements, facilitating collaboration to drive procurement efficiencies
• Communicate strategic sourcing strategies and updates to relevant stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate strategic sourcing/contract risks associated with the supply chain
• Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in supply
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.

• Bachelor's degree & minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, focused in indirect sourcing
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and contract management resulting in cost savings
• Experience running successful end-to-end RFx
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) preferred

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $110,000 - $125,000 annual
