Brief Description
Unrivaled Teamwear is seeking an Order Management Analyst who is responsible for analyzing, improving, and supporting the end-to-end order lifecycle to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across order processing workflows. This role focuses on order flow performance, exception management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Production, and Technology teams.

EssentialDuties Order Lifecycle Analysis & Process Improvement
- Analyze the full order lifecycle from order entry through fulfillment and invoicing
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, fallout points, and delay drivers
- Monitor order accuracy, cycle time, and exception trends
- Develop recommendations to improve order flow efficiency and quality
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across order workflows
- Help define and maintain order management SOPs and process documentation
- Track order holds, rework, cancellations, and error patterns
- Investigate root causes of order failures and escalations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues
- Build recurring exception and performance reporting
- Partner with ERP, CRM, and OMS system owners to improve order workflows
- Support system enhancements, configuration updates, and process changes
- Participate in testing and validation for order-related system updates
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Finance teams to align order processes
- Support data integrity and governance across order records
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports
- Analyze order trends, volume patterns, and workflow timing metrics
- Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership
- Translate operational data into actionable process improvements
- Maintain process maps and workflow documentation
- Support training materials and knowledge base updates
- Promote standardized order handling practices across teams
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in order management, operations analysis, or process improvement roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, and data analysis
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Experience working in ERP, OMS, or CRM systems
- Proven ability to analyze workflows and identify process gaps and bottlenecks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- 4-year degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field — or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing, custom product, or multi-stage fulfillment environments
- Experience with order exception management and root cause analysis
- Experience supporting system or platform transitions
- Knowledge of process mapping and SOP development
- Exposure to SQL, data warehouses, or advanced analytics tools
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training
