Job Description

Examine tics is looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team! The Data Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for setting up new clients in our systems and ensuring that the most accurate information is available for service delivery.

• Enter and maintain accurate client demographic information in Microsoft NAV.
• Maintain integrity of client database in both Microsoft NAV and Salesforce.
• Review for accuracy and enter service/work orders into Navision for all new clients.
• Maintenance of contact information, including inactivation of closed locations, organizational and hierarchy changes for locations being acquired by new or existing clients, name changes, etc.
• Assist in updating contract cards with price changes and Sales Manager ownership.
• Complete Vendor forms

• College degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-directed with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Keen eye on details and streamlined work streams a plus
