Advisory Board: Behavioral & Home Health Consultants

Flowline is building an automation platform that takes high-volume administrative work off the plates of outpatient healthcare teams. We focus on practical automation across intake, access, revenue cycle, and operational workflows that integrate into existing systems and actually get used.

We’re looking for behavioral health or home health consultants to join our advisory board and help shape how our automation platform and services are applied across real clinic workflows.

This role is not about abstract strategy. It’s about helping us identify where automation belongs, which workflows are repeatable, and how automation should be packaged so providers adopt it.

• Identify recurring workflows across intake, access, RCM, and clinic operations
• Help distinguish systemic issues from one-off client edge cases
• Advise on how Flowline’s automation platform and services should be applied and delivered
• Participate in select customer or pilot conversations to help position solutions
• Provide feedback from real sales interactions to refine packaging and delivery

• Behavioral health or home health consultants
• Experience working across multiple provider organizations
• Exposure to intake, eligibility, referrals, RCM, or admin operations
• Comfortable being customer-facing and collaborating on go-to-market efforts
• Able to get specific about processes, not just high-level advice
