Trane Technologies is hiring a Service Coordinator in Lenexa to coordinate the execution of service agreements and repair work. This role involves planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources, and ensuring service tasks are completed within financial standards.
Responsibilities- Coordinate service resources and dispatch team members to projects.
- Schedule personnel, materials, sub‑contractors and equipment based on project needs, skillsets, and availability.
- Communicate with Project Managers, HVAC Field Technician Supervisors, Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians to assign and dispatch work.
- Interact with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, and handling special requests.
- Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate various reports.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Excellent customer service skills with confidence on the phone.
- Highly organized, able to multi‑task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Detail oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
Annual Base Salary Range: $41,641.66 – $58,344.99
. Hourly base pay range may apply. Compensation is tailored to seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation. The range is based on the national average for the country. Benefits may vary depending on the region, business alignment, union involvement, and employee status.
