Business Development Executive at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Position Type

Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, Analytics, or a related discipline

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Strong experience in corporate business development
  • Should have excellent communication / English language (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
  • Should be willing to travel extensively (mostly locally - Delhi/NCR)
  • Self directed work style with minimum direction
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results
  • A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of business development strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving approach
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Understand the current business offerings of the Company and its partner.
  • Promoting company’s product and services by communicating with direct and indirect clients.
  • Use innovative strategies and tactics to target global prospective customers.
  • Take ownership in end-to-end sales & marketing and close prospects to generate revenues.
  • Analyze the HR industry current and future trends and prepare market research report.
  • Research and identify business & sales/marketing opportunities, and generate leads via social platforms.
