IOS offers three national account-based medical plans. All plans include a pharmacy benefit that offers coverage for your medications including generic, brand, and specialty drugs.

IOS offers two dental plans. One plan has a standard plan‑year maximum, and our enhanced plan offers a higher plan‑year maximum, for years you need it. The plans provide 100 percent coverage for your preventive care services and pay a percentage of eligible expenses up to a plan‑year maximum, depending on the type of service.

IOS offers a vision plan to help cover the cost of exams as well as the purchase of glasses and contact lenses from an in‑network provider, up to an annual limit.

Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC (“IOS”) is a commercial and architectural openings solutions company. We provide industry leading commercial doors and hardware products and services to help make buildings smart, aesthetically pleasing, code compliant and sustainable.

The People Operations Partner serves as a key member of the People Operations team, reporting directly to the Director, People Operations. This role partners closely with leaders and team members across the organization to support employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding and offboarding activities, and internal communications.

The People Operations Partner acts as a trusted advisor and resource, helping to foster a positive employee experience while ensuring consistent application of company policies, practices, and People Operations programs.
