PerformanceContracting Group (PCG)
is seeking an energetic and dependable Contract Analyst to support the coordination and administration of the contract management process.
Responsibilities- Review, revise and negotiate construction contracts and other project-related documentation in order to identify and minimize company risk or liability.
- Ability to identify, analyze and summarize contract issues or key points to ensure compliance with company policy, laws and regulations.
- Generate amendments to modify contract terms & conditions.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Track and report status of contract negotiations.
- Train internal employees on contract administration policies and procedures.
- Perform additional job duties as assigned.
Salary range: $69,000 - $92,000 annual base salary plus eligibility for the non-guaranteed annualized bonus program
Basic Requirements- 3-5 years' experience reviewing and revising contracts, preferably in a construction-related environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in contracts management, public administration, business administration or a related field.
- Experience in the construction field
