What You Can Expect Working in the Human Resources Intern PositionThe Human Capital Intern will gain exposure to multiple facets of the Human Capital department functional areas. This internship program offers the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain valuable experience and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Responsibilities- Assists with the recruiting process and perform tasks such as posting positions on job boards, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and sourcing candidates from job boards.
- Maintains accurate and updated applicant and employee data in company HRIS and reports.
- Completes tasks and projects that will help to improve the effectiveness of the HR department.
- Works closely with HC staff to aid in administration tasks and special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a major or minor in Human Resources, or Business Administration
- * Basic understanding of the Human Resources field.
- * Effective project management skills.
- * Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- * Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- * Sedentary work. The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
- * The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work.)
