We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Breakdown Advisor to join our Stafford Support Centre. In a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, you’ll manage commercial breakdowns efficiently within SLA time frames and act as a key ambassador of HCFS.
You’ll work with colleagues, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep customers on the road, meeting KPIs for service quality and efficiency. Training spans 2–3 weeks, with all hours on site.
