Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Field Lead (Foreman) to join our Kansas City team. Field Leads (Foremen) at Lithko are responsible for planning and executing their phase of work while working closely with the Project Lead to create an overall project plan.

• Develop a project plan for the assigned phase of work.
• Understand project details and identify obstacles and opportunities to ensure successful execution.
• Prepare the team for success using well-defined planning processes.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for optimal output.
• Track and manage time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for the assigned portion of the work.
• Communicate project status to relevant parties in a timely and accurate manner.

• Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience in concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million.
• Proven leadership ability to guide teams and drive results for overall project success.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $70,000 and $100,000 annualized. Additional compensation in the form of a vehicle allowance, profit sharing, and company benefits may also be included.
