Identify existing and potential hazards, analyze safety trends, and implement practical, effective solutions to reduce risk.

Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and compliance programs, ensuring all required reports and logs are current and properly organized.

Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and develop and track corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.

Ability to influence others through relationships rather than authority alone.

Organized and detail-oriented approach to maintaining safety documentation and compliance programs.

Self-motivated and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in the field and in the office.

Comfort interacting with employees at every level of the organization, from field personnel to leadership.
