Public Sector - Fire Station, Police Facility, City Halls

Mixed Use - Large Multi Family with Retail, Retail, Class A Office Towers

Healthcare - Medical Offices, Surgical Centers

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Extensive understanding of construction industry best practices, methodologies, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with permitting procedures and utility coordination processes.
• Team-oriented leadership approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Bonus points for any Preconstruction / Estimating background (not required)

• Primarily local projects with no overnight travel required.
• Diverse portfolio of projects across varying sizes, scopes, and ownership groups.
• Base salary ranging from $100k-$150k (DOE) + 10-35% bonus.
