Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

Placed is working with an established General Contractor looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a major construction project in Kansas City.

This is a site based role where you'll act as the key company representative on the project, taking ownership of delivery and working closely with the client, subcontractors and wider project team.

• Managing the project from planning through construction and closeout
• Acting as the primary on site point of contact
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating project teams
• Overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement and project documentation
• Managing RFIs, submittals and change orders
• Monitoring project progress, costs and key milestones
• Working closely with field leadership to resolve issues and keep the project moving
• Maintaining strong client relationships throughout delivery
• Ensuring quality and safety expectations are maintained

• Experience independently managing projects and subcontractors
• Comfortable taking ownership and being the key representative on site
• Strong client facing and communication skills
• Experience on technically complex or mission critical projects is a plus
