Brief Description
The Web Image Coordinator supports the Knights Apparel Team through coordinating the execution and delivery of custom sports apparel images to our customers and sales force. They will be responsible for organizing, updating, maintaining, and archiving web image files, on our server network. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. They will work directly with internal and external clients on a daily basis.
Seasonal overtime requirements may include daily and weekend work. They will need to have knowledge of color correction techniques and color tone adjustments. Knowledge of the Knights Apparel product lines, styles, colors and location codes. Knowledge of school colors, mascots and other client specific needs. They will also need to problem-solve and produce very quickly in fast paced situations with a high degree of accuracy in a highly demanding environment.

EssentialDuties
- Point of Contact for web images - read and interpret web requests submitted by our sales team, following directions indicated on the requests.
- Organization – must be able to manage multiple requests and projects and prioritize them accordingly to effectively meet all deadlines and requirements.
- Communication - works directly with sales reps, buyers, and licensors, to answer questions and concerns about web images. Works with Art Support to resolve and/or update order information.
- Scheduling/Distribution of work - projects are organized and assigned if needed to the web image artists through use of spreadsheet and e-mail.
- Creating images - uses a Macintosh computer and Adobe CC software to produce web images.
- Delivery of images - either through e-mail or by dropping files on internal or external ftp servers as requested.
- Filing/Storage of images - saves art files to appropriate network locations.
- Troubleshooting - works with Artists to resolve art issues.
- Monitoring reports – various reports can be and are used by different customers to request images. The coordinator will be responsible for running the different reports and ensuring the images being requested are made and delivered timely and accurately.
- Ability to float to other areas within the Knights Apparel structure during slow web image seasons to help with overabundance of workload, such as proofing.
- A degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design or related experience.
- Working knowledge of the Macintosh computer and Adobe Creative Suite – Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Illustrator.
- Available to work overtime during peak demands and event seasons (daily and weekends).
