• You are proficient in Video editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
• You have +3 years experience in Social media content creation.

We’re looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. You’ll move fast, test constantly, and level up your craft through real-time data insights.

• Edit high-performing short-form ads for Tik Tok, Meta, and You Tube Shorts
• Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs
• Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly
• Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback
• Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality
• 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)
• Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography)
• Strong grasp of what performs on Tik Tok, Meta, and You Tube Shorts
• Comfortable working in English with async, global teams
• Willing to complete a technical editing assessment
