On-Site:
Lenexa, KS
Working in a Retail Customer Service Center, handling inbound and outbound customer service situations within a team environment. Answer phones and input phone orders, faxed in orders and handle inquiries regarding products and specific orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Help customers with orders via the phone. (keying orders, updating, locating, item inquiry, or order status)
- Assist Front Sales when needed
- Assist Outside Sales Reps when required
- Responding to customers via email in regards to orders purchased or future purchases
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Sharp communication skills
- Professional grammar, voice and diction
- Advanced PC skills working with multi faceted Internet based applications
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of Retail Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
