Respond to inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment with timely, professional service.;
Maintain service levels (speed of answer, abandonment rate, hold times, and call time) to meet department goals.;
Uphold HIPAA policies and patient confidentiality in all communications.;
Assist patients, nurses, and health care providers with status updates on medications and related issues; schedule prescription refills and document follow-ups.;
Escalate problems to the appropriate team members and participate in continuous process improvement activities.
