Senior Customer Service Lead - National Account

Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing, family-owned company to add a Senior Customer Service Representative to their team. This role will support one of the organization’s largest national accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for order management, pricing, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day support for a large national customer account
• Process orders, verify pricing, and review invoices for accuracy
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding orders and inquiries
• Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and sales teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Assist with problem solving and account support as needed

• 3+ years of customer service or account support experience
• Distribution or logistics industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred
