• Drive Consumer Engagement: Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls, guiding conversations to help individuals establish a path toward financial stability

Qualifications & Experience:

• Needed: High school diploma or GED, and a high sense of ownership, resilience, and dependability
• Preferred: Experience in 3rd-party collections
• Encouraged to Apply: Candidates with backgrounds in Customer Service or Sales who are looking to transition their skills

$21 - $21 an hour

For U.S.

-based hires, the pay rate for this role is currently set at $21 per hour. The applicable pay rate for any individual hire depends on the geographic labor market associated with the employee's primary work location along with other factors such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

Geographic labor markets are divided into "tiers" based upon a number of factors, including cost of living. Below, you'll find a few example cities representative of each tiers:

• U.S. Geo Tier 3 (i.e.Kansas City, Jacksonville, Indianapolis)
