Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, discipline to follow structured processes, a positive "can do" attitude, and be a dedicated team player, all with a high sense of urgency and accuracy.

** Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage all direct contact with clients and prospects, ensuring professional and effective communication.

+ Coordinate quote processes and track project progress to meet deadlines and client expectations.

+ Maintain ongoing communication with clients, Blue Chip associates, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

+ Support project coordination efforts, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

+ Uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all responsibilities.
