Client Supply Representative – Lenexa, KS
Mon‑Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay range
: $17.20+ per hour. Pay offers are based on skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications. Eligible candidates may receive an annual performance bonus.

- Be knowledgeable about supplies inventory and processes.
- Utilize appropriate resources for accurate information.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
- Process client supply orders via phone or email.
- Inform clients of backorders and expected delivery times.
- Research client supply problems as needed.
- Answer inbound client calls promptly, professionally and empathetically.
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to requests, issues and concerns.
- Maintain quality assurance scores at or above the department standard.
- Assist in preparation of reports and communications as directed by clients.
- Place outbound calls and send written responses to customer inquiries or requests.
- Place outbound calls to gather facts or introduce tools to clients.
- Work collaboratively with peers, providing assistance to resolve client issues.
- Adhere to department attendance, schedule adherence and performance standards.
- Record interactions per departmental guidelines.
- Communicate with Team Leads and Supervisors to identify issue trends and root causes.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
- Preferred:
Customer Service experience. - Preferred:
Experience in laboratory or healthcare industry. - Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Knowledgeable about supplies inventory and processes.
- Customer‑service oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Basic typing skills.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Microsoft software skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
