Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist will report to the Customer Technical Support Manager. The primary focus of this role is to provide a great customer experience by staying current on our function’s tasks in Net Suite. This includes working specific and assigned queues within Net Suite and Kustomer. It is important that the role operate with a high level of efficiency and a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities- Work Net Suite queues to make sure customer orders and returns are not stalled.
- Work Open Credit Memos, Pending RMAs, Image Issues, In Store Pickups, Address Errors, Billing Issues, Out of Stock Issues, Unknown Customer Returns and Drop Ship orders.
- Review orders flagged as fraud. Working with our team and accounting.
- Reach out directly to customers when needed concerning their order.
- Work with Store Teams and Corporate Members with Special Events and Customer Orders.
- Basic understanding of fraudulent orders and tendencies
- Detail oriented
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering an exceptional customer experience
- deliver results while controlling shrink and payroll.
Proven working experience in customer service. 1 year experience in a Rally House store, retail store, or call center is a plus. 1ne year experience with customer service software, databases, and tools.
Physical Requirements - Required to stand or sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift as much as 10 pounds to configure computer equipment.
