Neat is looking for a Regional Director, Customer Success to oversee a team across the Americas. This leader will be responsible for building and mentoring Customer Success Managers, driving customer adoption and growth, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Support.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in tech/SaaS, particularly managing high-touch customer relationships. A compensation range of $150,000 – $185,000 OTE is offered, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
