LHH is partnering with a well-established Kansas City financial institution company who is seeking Customer Support Representatives to join a growing organization within the payment processing and financial technology industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding payment processing services and account support.

* Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

* Conduct outbound customer service follow-up and compliance-related outreach.

* Provide exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

* Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

* Navigate multiple systems while managing customer requests efficiently.

* Strive to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 3+ years of professional experience in customer service, support, banking, retail, hospitality, administrative support, or a related field.

* Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.

* Excellent customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others.

* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

* Ability to work independently and research solutions.

* Comfortable learning and utilizing multiple technology platforms.

* Professional, dependable, and motivated to grow your career.

Schedule & Work Environment:

* Training Period:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

* After Training:
Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM- for about 9 months and will transition back to 8AM-5PM

* 4 days ONSITE & 1 day REMOTE
