Remote Customer Service Loan Specialist – Sunday–Thursday

$20.00/hour + Monthly Bonus Potential
Full-Time | Remote

The QC Holdings E-commerce Department
is growing, and we are seeking motivated customer service professionals to join our team as Customer Service Loan Specialists
.

This position focuses on assisting customers who apply for consumer loans through our Lend Nation website
. Loan Specialists work directly with customers to review applications, verify information, obtain required documentation, and help qualified customers complete the loan process.

Schedule

This opening is specifically for our Sunday–Thursday shift
:

• Sunday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Central Time
• Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM Central Time
• Friday & Saturday: OFF

Candidates must be available to consistently work this schedule.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with online consumer loan applications
• Review and verify application information and documentation
• Communicate directly with customers by phone and email
• Help customers understand and complete outstanding application requirements
• Analyze application information according to established product guidelines
• Accurately document customer interactions and application activity
• Manage multiple applications and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
• Provide professional, efficient, and customer-focused service throughout the loan process

What We re Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Previous loan processing, verification, financial services, or call center experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and applications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus

Remote Work

This position is fully remote
, with an optional hybrid opportunity upon successful completion of training and maintenance of performance standards.

Remote employees must reside in a state where QC Holdings currently conducts business:

Alabama, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.
