DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our practice and help create an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.
This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about operational excellence and patient care. The Dental Office Manager will oversee administrative functions, support team development, and ensure the practice runs efficiently and effectively each day.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the dental office
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and patient‑focused environment
- Ensure schedules are optimised for productivity and patient flow
- Monitor office performance and support practice goals
- Lead, coach, and support front office and clinical team members
- Foster a positive, collaborative office culture
- Assist with onboarding, training, and team accountability
- Support communication between doctors and team members
- Ensure patients receive excellent customer service from check‑in to check‑out
- Address patient questions, concerns, and scheduling needs professionally
- Support treatment acceptance and patient retention initiatives
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office atmosphere
- Manage insurance verification, billing oversight, and collections processes
- Monitor office systems and administrative workflows
- Assist with reporting, payroll support, and operational tracking
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
- Previous dental office management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dental office operations and workflows
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment
