Kansas Dentist Opening Position Highlights

• 4-day work week (32 hours of patient care) – optional 5th day available

• Base salary + production model
• New grads: ~$160K base + production
• Experienced dentists: $175K–$185K base + production
• Realistic earnings: $210K–$250K+
• $15K sign-on bonus
• Up to $10K relocation
• $30K housing incentive
• 160 hours PTO + 7 paid holidays
• $3,000 CME allowance
• Eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment (score: 25)
