We are hiring a Chief Dental Officer at Grace Med Health!
Come join our oral health team and be a part of our exceptional clinical team. Our Integrated Health Center is located in Wichita and Topeka, Kansas. Our CDO leads, manages, and motivates a dedicated oral health team of 12-15 dentists, 6-8 dental hygienists, and a host of dental assistants across 5 brick and mortar dental sites. Our team delivers quality-focused oral health care services to everyone in our communities, including our underserved, without regard to ability to pay.
As the chief oral health leader and provider at our organization, you will work closely with our oral health providers, support staff, and other senior leaders to deliver care in a team-based approach.

We Offer a Strong Compensation PackageCompensation: $230,000 - $260,000 DOE
Schedule:
40 hours Monday - Friday
Clinical Operation hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree
- Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Kansas
- Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate
- 3-5 years of clinical leadership experience
- 5 years of clinical experience
- 5+ years of clinical leadership experience
- 3+ years of FQHC or public health clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients
