Responsable de l'urbanisme et de l'aménagement durable

Under the authority of the director of technical services and urbanism:
Participation in the definition and implementation of strategic orientations in urban planning. Management of urban planning.

Required skills:

Significant and successful experience in a similar position. Theoretical and technical knowledge. Mastery of the applicable regulations on urban planning and land use authorizations. Mastery of territorial planning documents and the issues related to the elaboration of a PLUi-D. Mastery of risk prevention documents (PPRi…). Mastery of strategies for revitalizing town centers and contractualization tools (PVD, OPAH…). Understanding of a project on the ground.

Ability to accompany and advise elected officials in the analysis of urban planning and development issues. Knowledge of administrative procedures and rules for drafting administrative acts and decisions related to service matters. Mastery of office tools and professional software related to urban planning and cartography. Possession of legal knowledge to follow up on litigation and pre-litigation in urban planning. Ability to work transversally with services and institutional partners.

Required qualities:
Ease in oral communication and sense of listening. Being methodical and rigorous. Ability to manage priorities. Good writing skills. Respect for hierarchy. Strictly respect confidentiality.
