Staff Architect

Klover Architects is expanding and, on a mission, to find Staff Architect's responsible for preparing and completing accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes. It's a busy place; but first, let us tell you a little about us and what we do.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Leadership Team
  • Utilizes AutoCAD to prepare and update architectural documents, including elevations, sections, details, and more, following guidance from others
  • Creates solutions for technical and design challenges in alignment with established standards.
  • Under guidance from the project designer or senior design professionals, develops, revises, and reviews drawings to ensure alignment with the design intent.

Education & Skills You Need to Bring With You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • 0 to 2 years related architectural experience and/or training.
  • Basic knowledge of architectural building systems
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivated, self-directed, problem solver and ability to work in both individual and team settings.
