Program Director – After-School Enrichment Leader

Johnson County Park and Recreation District is seeking a responsible individual to manage the daily care and administration of children in its enrichment program. This includes overseeing staff hiring, training, maintaining health guidelines, and planning lessons. A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred, along with experience working with school-age children. Strong communication, self-motivation, and supervisory skills are necessary.

The position involves working M-F from 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
