Key Qualifications:

• Active Kansas Low Incidence Special Education License (required)
• Experience teaching in an elementary school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to provide differentiated instruction and adapt lessons for a range of abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside other educators, support staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Instruct and support elementary students within the LIFT Program, delivering tailored lessons that meet diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
