• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students with special needs.
• Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure a holistic and enriching educational experience for all students.
• Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.

Requirements:

To be considered for this Special Education Teacher role in Kansas, you must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid Kansas teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to working with students with special needs and promoting inclusive education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the Kansas City, KS area.
