• Instruct and Coach:
  Teach swimming techniques with a focus on safety and skill development, keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.
• Assess and Adapt:
  Evaluate each student’s progress and tailor your teaching methods to fit their unique needs.
• Create a Safe Environment:
  Keep an eye on participants to ensure everyone is safe and having fun during lessons.
• Collaborate with Colleagues:
  Team up with fellow instructors to enhance our programs and share your ideas for improvement.
• Provide Feedback:
  Engage with students and parents, offering insights on performance and areas for growth.
• Assist with Lifeguarding Duties:
  Be proactive in maintaining safety across the facility as needed.

• Saturday: 9:45 am - 1:15 pm
• Sunday: 9:45 am - 1:15 pm

You’ll be guided and supported by our fantastic Assistant General Managers:
David Hoelting, Catherine Buist, and Alex Randall.

Competitive pay of $14+/hour, with negotiable rates for highly experienced candidates.

• Passion for Children: A genuine love for working with kids is essential!
• Strong Work Ethic:

• Commitment:
  We ask for a minimum commitment of at least 4 months.

While not required, past experience in roles such as certified lifeguards, camp counselors, childcare providers, educators, and customer service can set you up for success at Goldfish!
