- Execute the group product strategy and oversee lifecycle management processes for the North American market – Analyze regional market trends, regulations, and competitor actions while representing the Voice of Customer – Manage the product lifecycle from introduction through phase-out, ensuring competitiveness and compliance – Set minimum sales prices and ensure profitability objectives are achieved – Identify regional product opportunities and assist in the groups innovation roadmap – Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Service, and Operations for effective product implementation – Provide regular updates on product portfolio performance and market changes to group management – Ensure strategic alignment in product management and assist in the creation of the product roadmap – Promote standardization of products and solutions throughout the region – Lead innovation initiatives and support requirements engineering processes
