As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Senior Technician to lead the design for a wide variety of projects including commercial, industrial, municipal, mixed-use, multi- and single-family residential, medical, and distribution developments.
As a Senior Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering complex site development projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders. This position reflects the dedication and input of our talented professionals as we expand our impact across the industry.
What You'll Do- Assist in Project Execution – Support project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Implement Technical Solutions – Apply risk management plans, optimize technical processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance – Follow regulatory, safety, and industry standards in all technical tasks and procedures.
- Collaborate with Teams – Work with multidisciplinary teams, contributing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Support Client Relations – Provide technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any technical concerns.
- Contribute to Business Goals – Assist in expanding market presence by applying technical knowledge and supporting strategic initiatives.
- 10+ years of civil design experience, with a focus as technical lead or project lead.
- Strategic Mindset – Ability to anticipate challenges and align project goals with business objectives.
- Decision Quality – Makes informed, data-driven decisions.
- Drives Results – Ensures timely and high-quality project completion.
- Manages Complexity – Effectively navigate regulatory and logistical challenges.
- Ensures Accountability – Holds self and teams responsible for outcomes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Additional Requirements
- Travel:
Frequent travel for client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder coordination. - Physical:
Ability to sit for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
