Electrical Project Engineer – Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Specialist or Project Engineer for high-voltage substation projects, providing engineering coordination, technical guidance, and subject matter expertise.
• Support detailed engineering and EPC substation projects up to 765 kV.
• Develop protection and control design deliverables, including:
• One-line and three-line diagrams
• Relay panel layouts and wiring
• Equipment interconnection drawings
• Yard layout plans
• Grounding and lightning protection systems
• Auxiliary AC/DC power systems
• Perform and/or oversee quality reviews of substation design deliverables to ensure compliance with client standards, utility requirements, and industry codes.
• Prepare electrical equipment specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for procurement and construction activities.
• Coordinate engineering activities with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support proposal development, technical presentations, and business development initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, engineering budgets, and resource planning.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Participate in design reviews, construction coordination, commissioning support, and field verification activities.
• Travel to client sites, vendor facilities, and project locations as required.
