You will be part of a team that develops practical, constructible process engineering solutions for customers across North America. The role covers evaluation, selection, design, optimization, and implementation of process systems for Kiewit’s EPC projects and pursuits. Projects may include data centers, gasification facilities, biofuels, renewable fuels, industrial process facilities, industrial water treatment, wastewater treatment, water reuse, and related process infrastructure.

The candidate will develop process engineering deliverables, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, evaluate vendor data, support process simulations, and contribute to technical decisions throughout the project lifecycle. Strong communication, technical curiosity, and the ability to work within project budgets and schedules are essential.

District Overview

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams (mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and controls, civil, structural, estimating, construction, and commissioning) to support technical deliverables and maintain quality and consistency.
  • Communicate progress, deadlines, deliverable status, and technical issues through project meetings, design reviews, and status updates.
  • Provide technical support for design, construction, equipment, commissioning, and operations within established project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Contribute to the improvement of company resources, tools, workflows, and design standards while developing process engineering knowledge through active project work.
