Position OverviewWe're looking for an Engineering Quality Manager is responsible for leading the implementation and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures, contractual requirements, and industry regulations. This role involves planning and performing quality audits and assessments, managing quality teams, providing consultation to project teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.
This position encompasses roles equivalent to Quality Manager levels 1 and 2, with increasing levels of responsibility, expectations, and expertise.

Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) on projects, ensuring alignment with ISO 9000/9001 and company standards.
- Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, address compliance gaps, and drive adoption of QMS practices.
- Conduct project quality audits and assessments, lead multi-assessor audits, and implement quality assurance processes.
- Identify non-conformance trends, execute corrective actions, and foster continuous improvement.
- Build, manage, and mentor quality teams, setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
