Job Description

Provide reporting and data analysis support for mobility programs, working closely with tax, finance/payroll, account management, and operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • 30% – TRWA/Work program management:
    Assist in monitoring group mailbox for requests, manage tracker, and facilitate follow‑ups as necessary. Respond to TRWA policy and tax questions. Review cost estimates provided by client’s tax firm.
  • 20% – Monitor dedicated global email box and route inquiries to relevant parties. Track international assignment cost estimates and provide to Finance for tax accrual setup. Provide Cigna report to tax provider as required. Respond to basic tax questions per client.
  • 15% – Review initiations and authorizations (cost centers, relocation dates, assignment types, etc.) to ensure complete information for global tax services. Maintain global tax service authorization list and liaise with provider on questions. Review US domestic cost estimates and facilitate cost estimates to/from client’s tax firm.
  • 15% – Coordinate and track proof of fund deposits, deposits of tax refunds from employees, and payments of taxes due for employees. Facilitate Tax Equalization Payment Process including follow‑ups.
  • 10% – Escalation point of contact for non‑responsive population requiring tax consultations and for answering basic tax questions.
  • 5% – Quarterly review with Finance team on tax account status for final release of tax accrual based on payments made, collections from employees, tax return prep status, etc. Review reasonability of relocation costs for US Payroll reporting and assist with quarterly budget-to-actual tax spend and payroll recharge report.
  • 5% – Handle ad‑hoc questions from Finance, internal team members, or tax provider. Assist with projects and other assigned tasks as defined by the client.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma required.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in talent mobility, reporting or project management.
  • Intermediate accounting skills required.
  • Tax background preferred.
  • Ability to work with a large volume of data with attention to detail and analytical skills to identify anomalies.
  • Critical thinking ability to develop solutions or improvements based on business environment and partner capabilities.
  • Ability to multi‑task and manage projects/tasks with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Adaptable and open to new ideas with patience and agility.
  • Ability to effectively utilize AI tools/agents as provided by Sirva (CoPilot, etc.) to help with caseload, if approved by client.
Salary and Benefits

Position Title:

Tax & Operations Program Coordinator

Salary Range: $50,000–$80,000 USD
