Senior Vice President of Accounting & Finance

Position Overview

The SVP of Finance & Accounting will lead all aspects of accounting, financial planning & analysis, and treasury management. This individual will play a critical role in shaping corporate strategy, optimizing a recurring revenue business model, and ensuring scalable financial infrastructure to support continued growth.

• Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic planning and organizational direction
• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance
• Lead treasury management, including cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and capital strategy
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range financial planning aligned with growth initiatives
• Build and refine financial models supporting a recurring revenue business model
• Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, sales, and product teams to align financial goals with business performance
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing finance and accounting team

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required
• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
• Proven experience in a recurring revenue environment preferred
• Deep expertise in financial planning & analysis, forecasting, and treasury functions
• Track record of success operating at the executive level and influencing strategic outcomes
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to communicate effectively with Board and stakeholders
• Experience scaling financial operations in a high‑growth environment preferred
