Position Overview
As a Universal Banker within PNC's Edwards organization, you will be based in Edwards, CO. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
