Position Overview

As a Universal Banker within PNC's Edwards organization, you will be based in Edwards, CO. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Roles at this level typically require an Associate’s degree or equivalent, along with related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
