Financial Analyst

Location:

Fully Onsite – Lenexa, KS, occasional travel

• 5-7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or business finance experience
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience owning financial performance for projects, business units, or large operations
• Leadership, mentoring, or people management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and business leaders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

• Big 4 public accounting or consulting background (internal note only)
• Construction, EPC, manufacturing, industrial, or project-based industry experience
• Experience supporting large-scale capital projects
• Experience leading and developing finance teams

• Serve as the finance lead across multiple large-scale construction/power projects
• Manage and develop project finance team members
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and project performance analysis
• Partner with operations and project leadership to support business decisions and profitability
• Present financial results, risks, and opportunities to senior and executive leadership
• Support commercial strategy, project controls, and financial accountability initiatives
