We’re partnering with a growing, well-established organization that is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst focused on M&A and Corporate Development
.
This is a highly strategic role with strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work closely on acquisition evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, and broader strategic finance initiatives.
The position is focused on the front end of the acquisition process
, helping leadership evaluate potential opportunities and determine whether they make financial and strategic sense. This is not primarily a deal-sourcing role or a post-acquisition integration position.
- Build detailed financial models and valuations for potential acquisitions and strategic investments
- Support and perform buy-side financial due diligence
- Develop acquisition business cases, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations
- Analyze historical performance, cash flow, working capital, and key business drivers
- Prepare materials and presentations for senior leadership
- Partner with outside advisors and transaction partners throughout the deal process
- Support transaction execution from initial evaluation through diligence and closing
- Assist with internal valuations, long-range forecasting, and other strategic finance projects
- Help improve and standardize M&A and strategic finance processes as the organization continues to grow
Strong candidates may come from:
- Corporate Development
- Private Equity
- Investment Banking
- Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory
- Strategic Finance roles with meaningful M&A exposure
- Other valuation, transaction, or investment‑focused environments
- Approximately 5+ years of relevant finance, transaction, or investment experience
- Hands‑on experience with M&A transactions, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Strong financial statement analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience developing recommendations around potential investments or acquisitions
- Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to senior leaders
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with external advisors or financial institutions during transactions is a plus
