Reporting to the Vice President of Accounting, the Treasury Manager will be a hands‑on transformation leader responsible for building and executing FORTÉ’s global treasury operating model. The immediate mandate is to establish reliable cash visibility across the Company’s expanded banking network; strengthen cash and banking controls; ensure debt compliance; improve cash management and forecasting; and rationalize bank accounts while integrating international operations.

Building on that foundation, the Treasury Manager will lead the transition of treasury activities and bank accounts, where feasible, to a primary global banking relationship and develop scalable practices for liquidity, banking, financial risk management, and internal control across FORTÉ’s global footprint.

The role will partner closely with Accounting, Tax, Finance, Legal, Information Technology, and regional leadership to manage cash efficiently across countries and jurisdictions, evaluate cash pooling and hedging strategies, comply with local requirements, and support tax‑efficient cross‑border funding and capital deployment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical treasury expertise with project management discipline, sound judgment, and a builder’s mindset suited to a rapidly growing global organization.

Immediate Priorities

  • Establish timely, reliable visibility into cash balances and liquidity across the Company’s banking network.
  • Strengthen cash, payment, bank administration, access, reconciliation, andfraud‑prevention controls.
  • Own debt administration and compliance, including borrowing availability, covenant reporting,interest and fee calculations, and required deliverables.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting to build short‑and long‑term cash forecasting, forecast ownership, and forecast‑to‑actual analysis across business units and regions.
  • Rationalize bank accounts and lead the treasury integration into the Company’s primary global banking relationship.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Global Banking Consolidation and Treasury Transformation

  • Lead the transition of global treasury activities and bank accounts, where feasible, to a primary global banking relationship while accommodating local regulatory, operational, currency, and business requirements.
  • Define the global treasury operating model, including centralized and regional responsibilities, decision rights,approval authorities, service standards, and escalation protocols.
  • Standardize global cash positioning, forecasting, payments, bank administration, intercompany funding, risk management, and treasury reporting processes across countries and banking relationships.
  • Develop and execute a phased banking transition roadmap, coordinate with regional teams and banking partners, manage account openings and closures, support testing and cutover activities, and drive stakeholder communication and adoption.
  • Establish reliable connectivity and information flows among banks, ERP systems, payment processes, and financial reporting tools, including appropriate security, access, and reconciliation controls.

Global Cash and Liquidity Management

  • Manage daily global cash positioning and liquidity to ensure funds are available in the right legal entity, currency, andjurisdictionwhen needed while minimizing idle balances and external borrowing.
