Phlebotomist III – Floater (3 Month Contract)

Location: Lenexa, KS 66219

Shift: 8–10 hour shifts M‑F, 6:30 am – 8 pm availability including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime

Training: May vary based on trainer availability

• Provide quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment
• Work independently with minimal on‑site supervision
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs across multiple locations; travel required
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, dress code, health & safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles
• Make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment
• Handle multiple priorities in a high‑volume setting
• Demonstrate superior customer focus, open communication with peers, supervisors and patients, embrace change, and knowledge of business
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and clean driving record if applicable

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred;
  Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred
• Keyboard/data entry experience preferred

Availability: 6:30 am – 8 pm; 8–10 hour shifts M‑F
