Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Position Overview

We are hiring full‑time Physical Therapists to provide evidence‑based care across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab, managing a clinical caseload of 10–12 patients per day.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

• Base salary $75,000–$90,000 per year (based on experience).
• Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
• Sign‑on bonus available.
