• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
  , including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable therapeutic goals based on patient needs and clinical findings.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.

• Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing clinical assessments.

• Document assessments, treatment interventions, patient progress, and outcomes accurately while maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary treatment team members to develop and coordinate patient care plans.

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings by providing clinical recommendations and patient progress updates.

• Develop comprehensive discharge plans in collaboration with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team, ensuring appropriate outpatient appointments and community resources are arranged prior to discharge.

• Coordinate referrals to appropriate internal services and community behavioral health resources to promote continuity of care.

• Identify and appropriately intervene in cases involving suspected abuse or neglect
  , demonstrating sensitivity to age‑specific and patient‑specific concerns.

• Demonstrate knowledge of the involuntary commitment process and assist with appropriate interventions when indicated.

• Maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families while promoting recovery, resilience, and emotional well‑being.

• Support departmental quality initiatives and participate in process improvement activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions

• Ability to conduct comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments

• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate appropriate referrals

• Knowledge of individual, family, and group therapy techniques

• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary treatment team
