Concentra is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services in our Lenexa center. You will assess, diagnose, and plan treatment, coordinating with physicians and therapy staff to maximize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include documenting care, applying therapy modalities, and educating patients on exercises and device use. A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master’s is preferred, with ortho-outpatient experience advantageous.
